Je: werft, selecteert en begeleidt Data & Analytics professionals van intake tot plaatsing bouwt en verdiept relaties met opdrachtgevers denkt mee over commerciële strategie, positionering en groei kijkt naar onze processen en denkt actief mee over hoe we deze kunnen verbeteren.
Front-end Developer
As a Front-End Developer at WMC Group, you will build and improve the front end of a trade validation platform from scratch. You develop a React-based application that turns complex trading workflows into clear, efficient user interfaces. You take ownership of the user experience and ensure the application is scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
Back-end Developer
As a Back-End Developer at WMC Group, you will build and improve the back end of a trade validation platform from scratch. You develop robust services and APIs that translate complex trading and risk processes into reliable, scalable systems. Als AI Engineer bij Waterland Private Equity bouw je aan AI-oplossingen die breed in de organisatie gebruikt gaan worden. Je pakt use cases op vanuit verschillende teams, zoals het Deal-Team en zorgt dat AI niet “iets nieuws” blijft, maar echt onderdeel wordt van processen en tooling.
AI Engineer (English)
As an AI Engineer at Waterland Private Equity, you will build AI solutions that are used broadly across the organisation. You will work on use cases originating from different teams, such as the Deal Team, ensuring that AI does not remain “something new” but becomes a structural part of processes and tooling.
BI Specialist
Als BI Specialist zijnde transformeer jij data naar waardevolle inzichten. Je gaat in gesprek met verschillende stakeholders om goed de vraag achter de vraag te achterhalen, zodat de inzichten die jij voor hen creëert (dashboards) waarde toevoegen en helpen bij het maken van strategische en operationele besluitvorming.
